AMEN NEW TECHNOLOGIES I.K.E. actively participated in the XL Panhellenic Solid State Physics Conference, held in Patras, Greece, from 20–23 September 2026, with the participation of its scientific and technical team: Dr. D. Niarchos, Dr. D. Anyfantis, E. Dimeli and A. Sigalos.

AMEN had a strong scientific presence at the conference, presenting recent research and technological developments in advanced magnetic materials through three oral presentations and one poster presentation. The contributions highlighted AMEN’s ongoing work in the design, synthesis, processing and characterization of next-generation magnetic materials, with particular emphasis on innovative and sustainable solutions for permanent-magnet technologies.

Beyond its scientific contributions, AMEN was pleased to support scientific excellence among young researchers by sponsoring awards for outstanding poster presentations. Two participants, selected by the Conference Committee from the two poster sessions, received AMEN-sponsored awards in recognition of the quality and impact of their research.

The conference provided an excellent forum for scientific exchange between researchers from Greek universities, research institutes and technology-oriented companies, while creating opportunities for new collaborations in solid-state physics, functional materials and magnetism.

AMEN’s participation reflects the company’s continuing commitment to scientific excellence, innovation and the development of the next generation of researchers, as well as to strengthening the connection between fundamental materials science and industrial technology.
